Our product and your order

Embrace Expansions sells physical NFC plaques programmed to link to a business's Google review page. The price, currency, shipping charges, and applicable taxes are shown before you pay. The plaque is a one-time purchase; no Embrace Expansions subscription is required for its ordinary use.

Provide accurate business and shipping details and order only for a business you are authorized to represent. An existing Google listing able to receive reviews is required. We may contact you to resolve an ambiguous listing. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you and refund any payment for the unfulfilled order. Shipping, cancellation, return, and defect remedies are described in our Shipping policy and Refund policy.

Compatibility and third-party services

A compatible NFC-enabled phone, appropriate device settings, and internet access are needed. Google may require a sign-in before a review can be posted. NFC position, phone cases, nearby metal, and mounting surfaces can affect scanning. Google controls its platform, availability, review policies, and ranking systems; we cannot promise those services will remain unchanged.

Results and honest feedback

The plaque makes it easier to reach a review page. No particular number of reviews, star rating, Google Maps or Search position, increase in customers, or increase in revenue is guaranteed. Invite voluntary, genuine feedback without incentives, pressure, or instructions to leave a particular rating. Do not filter customers by how positive their feedback is, discourage negative reviews, or buy or fabricate reviews.

Placement and care

Check the mounting surface and adhesive suitability before permanent placement. Test scanning in the intended location. Adhesive can mark or damage some finishes during application or removal. Do not assume outdoor, waterproof, heat-resistant, or damage-free-removal suitability unless confirmed for your particular product. Contact us before applying the plaque to a valuable or delicate surface. These instructions do not remove our responsibility for defective products or other rights under applicable law.

Privacy, concerns, and legal rights

Our Privacy policy explains personal-information handling. Contact embraceexpansions@outlook.com with order or product concerns. Nothing in these terms excludes liability, statutory warranties, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, prevents an honest review, or waives your right to seek legal remedies. Changes to these terms apply prospectively; we will not use a later policy change to remove rights attached to an existing order.
